Eligibility: Admission is granted based on the eligibility criteria defined by FICS Academy.

Application: Submission of all required documents along with full or partial fee payment is mandatory to secure enrollment.

Discretion: FICS Academy reserves the right to deny admission or discontinue a student’s enrollment if there is evidence of misconduct, non-payment, or any violation of institutional policies.

Payment Schedule: Course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule provided at the time of admission.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur penalties or result in restricted access to course materials and classes.

Fee Revisions: FICS Academy reserves the right to revise course fees at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to students through official channels.

Attendance: Students are required to maintain the minimum attendance as per FICS Academy guidelines.

Assessments: Completion of assignments, assessments, and practical exercises is mandatory to qualify for certification.

Clearance of Dues: Certificates will only be issued upon the successful completion of the course and clearance of all outstanding dues.

Behavior: Students are expected to maintain discipline, adhere to ethical practices, and show respect towards instructors and peers.

Academic Integrity: Acts of plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty will lead to immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

Legal Action: FICS Academy reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against any individual engaging in illegal or disruptive activities within the institution.

Access: FICS Academy provides modern facilities, including air-conditioned classrooms, Wi-Fi, and equipment for practical learning.

Responsibility: Students must use all facilities and equipment responsibly. Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse will be subject to compensation by the student.

Ownership: All course content, study materials, and online resources provided by FICS Academy are the intellectual property of FICS Academy.

Restrictions: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any course materials is strictly prohibited.

Disclaimer: FICS Academy is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage incurred during training sessions, internships, or practical classes.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of third-party platforms or services used in conjunction with our courses.

Course Withdrawal
Students wishing to withdraw from a course must submit a written request detailing their reasons for withdrawal.

Refund Eligibility
The registration fee of ₹2,000 is refundable if a student withdraws prior to the completion of the admission process.

Once a student confirms admission by paying ₹5,000, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Fees All fees beyond the refundable registration fee—including the admission fee, course fee, and any additional payments—are non-refundable, even if the student discontinues the course.

Refund Processing Eligible refunds (₹2000 registration fee) will be processed within 15 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment.

FICS Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
